Loving your Liver in the Spring

Spring is coming, which means that it is time to start shifting your nutritional intake and habits to stay in rhythm with nature’s cycles and to support the organ of the season – the all important LIVER.

We have decided to change the topic of our upcoming class on March 27th to one that may be more appropriate for where our thoughts and attention are at this time.

This month’s seasonal eating class has been changed to:

“How to Naturally Protect Yourself from COVID-19”

At this point we will still have capacity for a small amount of people at our physical location at 8417 Elbow Dr. SW, and unless we are otherwise required to operate differently, we still plan to do so. Also, to allow for a broader audience who may be interested in accessing this information but don’t feel comfortable coming into the store, we will also be broadcasting this class via Zoom so you can view the presentation from the comfort of your own home.

In this class, Sascha Kalivoda will be addressing:
