Intermediate fasting and Steam Buns for the Christmas Holiday!

Rose will put on a presentation on intermediate fasting again just before the Christmas holidays. Our liver will be challenged by over eating and partying. Learn how to keep one of our most important organs in top shape for the holiday.

Naughty Nog recipe from New Earth Organics

Naughty Nog

A delicious healthy Jing-building Egg-Nog

1 L Pecan Nut Milk (see below to make your own or use alternative milk of choice)

1 tbsp New Earth Organics Elk Velvet Antler 

2 tsp New Earth Organics Pine Pollen 

1 tsp ground nutmeg (or to taste) 

60g (3 tbsp) raw honey

32g (2 tbsp) coconut butter

2 tbsp New Earth Organics Grass-Fed Goat Whey 

New Earth Organics Crystal Sea Salt – a couple of decent sized pinches 

1⁄2 tsp vanilla powder 

To make pecan nut milk: 150g (1 cup) pecans + 1000ml Water + pinch of salt blended and strained

  • Add all ingredients to the blender
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy
  • Chill overnight – then add fresh ground nutmeg on top and serve

 Makes 4-6 servings
