Intermittent Fasting, Prolonged Fasting & Chinese Cooking.

Throughout the years of intermittent and prolonged fasting, I found many issues arise. One of them is that some people have a hard time maintaining the lower weight and start to gain it right back, and some have specific physical issues of which I will touch on later.

Until we understand how to shift our circadian rhythm, improve diversity in our microbiome by fasting (from my own personal experience),

we will still face the same cycles of physical problems.

We have a brand new, never before, talk on strengthening your microbiome, losing weight, getting back your energy and to life again.

I will share easier ways to approach fasting. Plus I have passion for cooking Chinese food. This time I will share with you how to make special dumplings and other Chinese cooking skills.

Bilberry Chocolate &

No-Bake Cookies

I created very interesting and unique recipes for my chocolates and now no-bake cookies with bilberries. They are one of the most tasty and delicious recipes I made in my cooking experience.

This is a personal story from Rose to share: Rose’s mother has developed glaucoma in her older years. Her right eye sight was almost blind. We introduced her to the bilberry, she takes 2 tbsp a day. Fermentation 101

Fermentation is one of the oldest forms of food processing, and once upon a time, fermentation was a necessary skill in order to preserve food and get sufficient calories and nutrition when food sources were scarce. Preparing Your Body For Fall

Fall is coming and with it tends to come issues with the lungs, such as congestion and infections.
